To provide you, the customer, with the best service possible please understand
the following terms and conditions of service from L.A. Limousines.
- For the comfort and safety of all passengers, all our vehicles are
strictly no smoking.
- L.A. Limousines will not be held responsible for loss of personal
property.
- All bookings are of pre-booking type only and must be confirmed with
a deposit.
- L.A. Limousines or its representatives (e.g. chauffeur) reserve the
right to refuse entry to the vehicle to any person / persons they deem
unfit for whatsoever reason and can refuse to continue the journey if
any person / persons behave in a manor which may be detrimental to other
persons or to the vehicle and its contents. In this event no refund
will be given.
- On weddings and special hires, payment in full must be received at
least 21 days before date of hire. If payment is not received by that
date, the booking will automatically be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
- Whilst every effort is afforded to the serviceability of the vehicles,
no responsibility can be accepted for mechanical, electrical or material
breakdown howsoever caused. In this unlikely event every effort will
be made for immediate repair to the vehicle so that the journey can
continue, or the Hirer would be transferred to another vehicle/s and
any reasonable extra costs incurred will be borne by the Company or
refund given.
- In the event of a breakdown or accident to the vehicle booked prior
to the date of the booking, every effort will be made to supply a similar
or alternative vehicle/s at the Company's discretion. If this is not
acceptable to the Hirer a refund will be made of monies paid.
